Whistler’s Original Artisan Market has built a reputation of presenting unique, quality, hand-made art and crafts for Whistler residents and visitors looking for one-of-a-kind treasures. Featuring over 100 artisans from the Sea to Sky Corridor, Lower Mainland and beyond, the 22nd annual holiday craft fair will feature a wide array of ceramics, clothing, fine art, wood, glass, metal, jewelry, leather, candles and aromatherapy products as well as Christmas decorations. Attracting over 5,000 visitors in 2009, Bizarre Bazaar is a vibrant community event that includes live music, a silent auction, dance and food.

Bizarre Bazaar runs from 3pm to 8pm on Friday, November 26, and 10am to 6pm on Saturday, November 27.

THE APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR BIZARRE BAZAAR 2010 IS NOW PASSED.
Late applications will still be accepted, but may not be processed immediately.
All applicants will not be notified of acceptance until after Sept 10.

EMERGING ARTISAN ASSISTANCE
We provide assistance to a local emerging artisan exhibiting at Bizarre Bazaar for the first time. The selected new artisan will have his/her booth fee reduced by 50%. The fund is open to students enrolled in craft training programs or new artisans of any age who have been in their craft career for 3 years or less. Assistance is available for 1-2 artisans per year. Please note, the assistance is determined by NEED so please tell us why you need it. If selected, we will return 50% of your fee. More details will be available on the application form.
