It is often in the quietest moments and places that we encounter our true selves. Reflection and introspection are integral parts of life without which the creative impulse withers. Whispers of Reflection: Desert Landscapes & Leather Masks, featuring works by mask artist Meghan Carich and painter Lorn Curry is the expression of both the inner and outer landscapes that have nurtured these artists on their own creative journeys. Though outwardly their works seem very disparate, a closer look reveals that, in fact, they are connected at a profound level where universal themes and shared experiences converge.
