Mixed Media Extravaganza
Explore the playful world of colour, texture, and abstract shapes! Create your own mixed-media masterpiece by layering tissue paper, paint, pastels, and other exciting materials. Megan will guide young artists through the creative process, introducing them to collage, composition, and colour. Let your imagination run wild! Suitable for ages 9 to 13 years.
INSTRUCTOR BIO
Megan Arndt received a Fine Arts Degree from the Alberta College of Art and Design. After graduating, she moved to Whistler and has been highly involved with the Whistler Arts Council for the past year, leading children’s art workshops, and helping organize the Whistler Children’s Festival. Art helps Megan unwind, and she loves to discover new ways of expressing herself through tactile mediums.
